I move amendment No. 2:

(a) To insert the following after "That Dáil Eireann":"will immediately agree to introduce legislation to allow for a Referendum to repeal article 40.3.3 of the Constitution before 1st December, 2016;" and

(b) To delete the following after "Houses of the Oireachtas":

"(i) the Eighth Amendment of the Constitution;"
