I move amendment No. 22:

In page 29, between lines 34 and 35, to insert the following:"(14) Subject to subsection (6), a person who is entitled to, or is in receipt of, adoptive benefit under Chapter 11 in accordance with section 58(4)(a)(i) or (b)(i) shall not be entitled to benefit under this Chapter.".
