To ask the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade how he envisages his strategy following a British withdrawal from the European Union will involve opposition parties; the formal arrangements he will put in place to facilitate this and to work with political groupings across the European Union including the Group of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats, the Group of the European People’s Party and the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
