To ask the Minister for Finance his plans to implement the programme for Government commitment to deal with the mortgage crisis by working with the Central Bank to amend the code of conduct on mortgage arrears to include an obligation on providers of mortgage credit to provide a range of sustainable arrears solutions and to put the code of conduct on a statutory basis.
