In respect of the other matter raised by Deputy Adams, I refer to Deputy Joan Collins' charge that a cartel is operating here. It is a matter for the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, and the Minister and his officials have been dealing with the issue of those who have disabilities and particular challenges. Let me repeat that the Minister, Deputy Coveney, is monitoring this situation very closely.
