It is proposed to take No. a11, motion re Standing Order 41 (Priority Questions Rota); and No. 5, Single Resolution Board (Loan Facility Agreement) Bill 2016 - Order for Second Stage and Second Stage.

It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, that No. a11 shall be decided without debate; Private Members business, which shall be No. 71 – motion re motor insurance, shall be also taken tomorrow after the Order of Business and shall be brought to a conclusion after 90 minutes and the following time limits and sequence of speakers shall apply: proposer, 40 minutes; Government, 20 minutes; Sinn Féin, 20 minutes; Labour, ten minutes; AAA-PBP, ten minutes; Independents4Change, ten minutes; Rural Alliance Group, ten minutes; Social Democrats-Green Party group, ten minutes; proposer, 20 minutes; Government, 20 minutes; and proposer, to reply, ten minutes.
