It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders that: the proceedings on No. 2, approval of nomination of other members of the Government, shall be brought to a conclusion after three hours and 45 minutes and the following arrangements shall apply: the speech of the Taoiseach and the leaders of Fianna Fáil, Sinn Féin, the Labour Party, AAA-People Before Profit, Independents 4 Change, Social Democrats, the Green Party, or a Member nominated in their stead, and a non-party Deputy, who shall be called upon in that order, shall not exceed 15 minutes in each case; the speech of each other Member, who shall be called upon in the following sequence, shall not exceed ten minutes in each case: Fine Gael, Fianna Fáil, Sinn Féin, the Labour Party, AAA-People Before Profit, Independents 4 Change, Social Democrats, the Green Party, non-party; and Members may share time; until the Dáil shall otherwise order, the order in which questions to members of the Government other than the Taoiseach shall be asked in accordance with Standing Order 39(2) shall be that in which Members of the Government will be listed in a resolution approving their nomination by the Taoiseach for appointment by the President; and the Dáil shall adjourn on the conclusion of No. 2 tonight at 10.30 p.m. and resume at 2.30 p.m. on Tuesday, 17 May 2016, when the Order of Business will be decided on that day.
