Deputy Ryan was just short the guitar. I thank the group leaders and the party leaders for their contributions. I wish to observe, before I call on the Minister, that we have run significantly over time. This is understandable, but could those involved in ordering the business have some regard in the future to the fact that adequate time should be provided for the opening contributions from leaders?
