That is in essence what is happening. I have no objection to motions but every party must have the rules laid out before them in advance. That was not the position 48 hours ago. We were told we could not table motions. That is the advice we received. All I am saying is that if it is now open for people to put forward motions to be considered on 22 March, then every political party, grouping and Independent should be entitled to put forward motions.
