There are three motions on the supplementary Order Paper. No. 5aregards transitional arrangements for the committee dealing with European Union business. No. 5bis an all-party motion regarding the establishment of a committee to deal with proposals for Dáil reform and No. 5cis a motion regarding the adjournment today and the date on which the House will reconvene. I suggest that the Taoiseach could move the first motion and perhaps he might suggest that a speaker from each group could respond. We can address the motions collectively.
