To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if he will raise the issue of deficiencies in the area of child care here, as noted in the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child's review of the report of Ireland, with the appropriate Departments; and the steps he will take to ensure that appropriate, affordable child care is available for every child.
