-----the local authorities have responded to the flooding consequences throughout the country, and that has been sent to the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport. Between that and the humanitarian scheme administered by the Red Cross, the Minister, Deputy Donohoe, will respond to this tomorrow with a budget of in excess of €100 million to deal with the consequences of flooding.
