I move amendment No. 47:

In page 21, between lines 8 and 9, to insert the following:

“(7) The Racing Regulatory Body shall before it provides data to HRI under subsection

(5), inform by notice in writing any person to whom the data relates of its intention and that the person may object to the proposal within 14 days of the notice.”.
