We also have the same position. It may well be that the time set aside by the Government for these two very important Bills will suffice. It may be that Deputies will not turn up to make their case for or against and that is how it should be allowed to proceed. The International Protection Bill is a very important Bill. A range of NGOs have expressed their concerns about it and the Government's failure to meet its own targets. Many NGOs have called for the Bill to be withdrawn, which we know will not happen. The notion of applying a guillotine in is just bad practice.
