I move amendment No. 53:

In page 11, to delete lines 36 to 39 and substitute the following:"(7) Subject to subsection (8), the Authority shall, as soon as may be, inform the Government of a proposal to remove a person from office under subsection (1) or (4) and any related suspension from duty under subsection (5).".
