I move amendment No. 2 to Seanad amendment No. 48:

In section 19(1)(b), in the inserted subsection (2A), to delete paragraphs (c) and (d) and substitute the following:“(c) include a statement by the landlord that the new rent is not in breach of subsection (7) (inserted by section 19 of the Residential Tenancies (Amendment) Act 2015),”.
