I move amendment No. 6 to Seanad amendment No. 47:

In section 18(1), after the inserted subsection (6), to insert the following:“(7) Any increase mandated by a review of the rent as referred to in subsection (1) shall not be greater than the percentage annual rate of inflation, or 5 per cent, whichever is the lower.”.”.
