On behalf of the other Members of the House, I would like to wish Bernard every success and good health during his retirement. For almost 20 years, he has served all of us with a great deal of loyalty and diligence. Above all, his was a quiet efficiency in the Chamber, particularly during Leaders' Questions and the Order of Business. When he kindly takes the cloak off me outside, he says: "That was a tough one today, a Cheann Comhairle."
