To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the procedures put in place by the Office of Government Procurement, OGP, to ensure recipients of State contracts, particularly in the construction sector, fully abide by all relevant laws and regulations including tax, social welfare, and health and safety; if this also applies to subcontractors engaged by the main contractor on State-funded projects; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
