To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection if she will consider widening the eligibility criteria for participation in Community Employment Schemes to facilitate adult dependents, those not in full employment, those on low hours or on low pay who do not qualify for Family Income Supplement, and those who are not in receipt of a Social Protection payment.
