I move amendment No. 34:

In page 32, lines 25 and 26, to delete all words from and including “(1) The” in line 25 down to and including line 26 and substitute the following:“(1) The Director shall establish and maintain a Register (in this Part referred to as “the Register”) of co-decision-making agreements.”.
