I move amendment No. 16:

In page 14, to delete lines 11 to 14 and substitute the following:“(e) in relation to a decision made, or to be made, under an advance healthcare directive (and whether or not there is a designated healthcare representative under the directive), means a decision which falls within the scope of that directive;”.
