There is a 4% increase in expenditure at a time when tax revenues are forecast to increase by over 14% and GDP is forecast to increase by 18%. Through prudent and careful management of the State’s finances, this Government brought the country back from the brink. Our recovery, though not yet complete, is not only a justification of the policies we pursued for the past four and a half years, but a condemnation of the easy alternatives proffered by some. Who speaks of Syriza now?
