I move amendment No. 19:

In page 6, between lines 6 and 7, to insert the following:“(d) the risk to public health and associated costs to the Health Service Executive posed by climate change.”.

I will speak to amendments Nos. 20 and 21 as well. I find it strange that they were not grouped, as I find them to be connected.
