I move:

That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (Section 4(7)) (Membership of Council) Regulations 2015,copies of which were laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 6 August 2015, be referred to the Joint Committee on Health and Children, in accordance with Standing Order 82A(4)(j), which, not later than 22 October 2015, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply.
