Seanad amendment No. 45:Section 18: In page 22, to delete lines 38 and 39, and in page 23, to delete line 1 and substitute the following:“ “(1) Subject to subsection (1A), the panel may, having completed its report under paragraph (b) or paragraph (c) (as the case may be) of subsection (17) of section 43, make a decision—”.
