Seanad amendment No. 40:Section 16: In page 21, to delete lines 11 to 15 and substitute the following:“(n) in subsection (10)—(i) by the substitution of “The Investigating Committee shall, within 21 days of making a decision under subsection (9)” for “The Director shall, within 21 days of receiving the decision made under subsection (9)”, and (ii) in paragraph (a), by the substitution of “the complainant” for “the applicant”, and”.
