Seanad amendment No. 36:Section 16: In page 18, to delete lines 32 to 34 and substitute the following:“(h) by the substitution of the following subsection for subsection (6):“(6) Where the Investigating Committee refuses under paragraph (b) of subsection (5) to consider a complaint referred to in paragraph (a) of that subsection, the Investigating Committee shall, within 21 days of such refusal, by notice in writing inform the complainant of its decision to refuse and the reasons for that decision.”,”.
