Seanad amendment No. 8: Section 5: In page 5, between lines 19 and 20, to insert the following:“Amendment of section 28 of Principal Act 7. Section 28 of the Principal Act is amended—(a) in subsection (2)—(i) by the deletion of paragraph (a), and (ii) in paragraph (b), by the substitution of “8 members” for “7 members”,and (b) by the repeal of subsection (3) and subsection (4).”.
