I move amendment No. 11:

In page 16, lines 13 to 15, to delete all words from and including “Where” in line 13 down to and including line 15 and substitute the following:“Where a Personal Insolvency Arrangement is approved at a creditors’ meeting in accordance with section 110 or, as the case may be, deemed under section 108 to have been approved, the personal insolvency practitioner shall”.

These are consequential amendments and technical corrections related to the original purpose of the Bill.
