I thank the Minister. It is fair to say we are now addressing the big deficiency in the original Bill in terms of the whole issue of the bank veto. Could the Minster flesh the matter out a little more for us? The court will either accept or reject the proposal which the personal insolvency practitioner is bringing forward. That, I presume, will be one of those insolvency judges at Circuit Court level. Is that right?
