Amendments Nos. 2 to 8, inclusive, are physical alternatives to amendment No. 1, amendments Nos. 3 to 5, inclusive, are physical alternatives to amendment No. 2, amendment No. 7 is a physical alternative to amendment No. 6, and amendments Nos. 7 and 8 are cognate.
