I move amendment No. 18:

In page 5, between lines 12 and 13, to insert the following:“(h) the prevalence of the improper use of self-employment arrangements in sectors that result in a rate of income that is below that of the national minimum wage,

(i) the level of the living wage as articulated by trade unions and non-governmental organisations.”.
