I move amendment No. 37:

In page 21, between lines 2 and 3, to insert the following:"(c) in subsection (3)(c), by inserting after subparagraph (v) the following new subparagraphs:

"(vi) the extent of the prevailing and preferential need for physical houses instead of sites to address urgent housing shortages,

(vii) the need to ensure a viable long term housing stock through the stipulation that transfers of houses under such an agreement shall be of an indefinite term.",".
