To ask the Minister for Finance further to Parliamentary Question No. 299 of 9 June 2015, in the case of a company not under the regulation of the Central Bank of Ireland but that has voluntarily adhered to the Central Bank's code of conduct on mortgage arrears, if its subsidiary company is also subject to the code; if not, how the subsidiary's activity is regulated; the measures in place to monitor the rate of voluntary adherence to the code and the such companies' actual application of the code; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
