To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he will consider the allocation of €25 million over five years, under the rural development programme targeted agricultural scheme, for the poultry sector to aid energy efficiency; if he will implement a system for dispensing medication, and for other supports, to the poultry industry.
