To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he will confirm that over 2,000 letters were sent to farmers by Teagasc this week, informing them that their applications under the green low-carbon agri-environment scheme will not be processed by the closing date of 22 May 2015; and his plans to deal with the matter.
