Seanad amendment No. 70:Section 42: In page 39, between lines 6 and 7, to insert the following:“(4) The Director General shall refer for adjudication by an adjudication officer a complaint or dispute referred to him or her under paragraph (b) of subsection (3) of section 43 by the Labour Court.”.
