Seanad amendment No. 34:Section 13: In page 17, to delete line 32 and substitute the following:"(f) is the subject of an order under section 160 of the Companies Act 1990 or a disqualification order within the meaning of Chapter 4 of Part 14 of the Companies Act 2014.".
