Seanad amendment No. 30:Section 8: In page 15, to delete lines 15 to 17 and substitute the following:"(4) The repeal of sections 11 and 12 of the Unfair Dismissals (Amendment) Act 1993 effected by subsection (1)shall not apply in relation to a claim for redress under the Act of 1977 brought before the commencement of Part 4.".
