Seanad amendment No. 28:Section 8: In page 15, lines 7 to 11, to delete all words from and including "(1) The" in line 7 down to and including line 11 and substitute the following:"(1) The enactments specified in column (3)of Part 1of Schedule 2 are repealed to the extent specified in column (4)of that Part. (2) The repeals effected by subsection (1)shall not apply in respect of complaints or disputes made, presented or referred to a rights commissioner under an enactment specified incolumn (3)of Part 1of Schedule 2before the commencement of Part 4. (3) The enactments specified in column (3) of Part 2ofSchedule 2 are revoked to the extent specified in column (4) of that Part. (4) The revocations effected by subsection (3)shall not apply in respect of complaints or disputes made, presented or referred to a rights commissioner under an enactment specified in column (3)of Part 2 of Schedule 2 before the commencement ofPart 4.".
