Seanad amendment No. 22:Section 3: In page 13, to delete lines 11 to 13 and substitute the following:"(a) references in this Act to employer shall be construed as references to SCE within the meaning of those Regulations or relevant undertaking within the meaning of Part 3 of those Regulations, as may be appropriate, and".
