I move amendment No. 82c:

In page 90, to delete lines 26 and 27 and substitute the following:“(c) shall, subject to paragraph (b), be eligible for re-appointment or to have the term of appointment extended, but shall not hold office for periods the aggregate of which exceeds 10

years.”.
