I move amendment No. 59a:

In page 69, to delete lines 26 to 28 and substitute the following:“(b) a reference to the number of practising solicitors is a reference to the number of solicitors holding a practising certificate in the financial year to which the expenses concerned relate, less the number of such solicitors to whom section 81 applies.”.
