I move amendment No. 9:

In page 26, lines 7 to 21, to delete all words from and including “(1) Sport" in line 7 down to and including line 21 and substitute the following:"(1) Sport Ireland shall perform its functions and obligations in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003.".
