To ask the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation if his Department has provided any additional investment for the development of regional enterprise strategies framework; the job creation and investment targets for each of the eight strategic planning areas; the way the strategies for the west and south west will address the fall in employment in both regions, and the stagnation of employment in the border region.
