To ask the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation if the measures in An Action Plan for Jobs 2015 dealing with small and medium enterprise and micro-enterprise access to public procurement of goods and services contracts are sufficiently ambitious to increase both sectors' share of these public contracts within the lifetime of the plan.
