I move amendment No. 6:

In page 11, to delete lines 34 to 38, and in page 12, to delete line 1 and substitute the following:" "intending mother" means, in relation to a DAHR procedure, a woman who requests the performance of the procedure for the purpose of her becoming the mother of a child born as a result of the procedure;

"intending parent" means, in relation to a DAHR procedure, a person who intends to be the parent, under section 5, of a child born as a result of the procedure, and includes an intending mother;".
