The Taoiseach stated yesterday that he intends to bring forward proposals to modify the insolvency regime next month. Will these be legislative or non-legislative proposals? If the are going to be non-legislative, will he give a commitment to the effect that the House will be given an opportunity to discuss them before they are proceeded with?
