To ask the Taoiseach if, during the recent meeting of the British-Irish Council, he discussed with the Deputy First Minister of Northern Ireland, Mr. Martin McGuinness MLA, his proposal for an all-Ireland process to deal with the issue of those who were victims of sexual abuse during the conflict and who did not have access to proper support or were denied justice; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
